The organization seeks individuals from various backgrounds who can contribute expertise in areas such as fundraising, nonprofit leadership, education, finance, marketing, and the billiard industry to support student-athletes through cue sports.
Candidates must complete a specific data form detailing their professional experience, volunteer history, committee interests, and vision for youth growth within the sport. The Nominating Committee will review these submissions, conduct interviews if necessary, and select nominees based on alignment with the Foundation's mission and strategic needs before recommending them according to its bylaws.
All candidates must submit their completed forms by 5:00 p.m. MDT on September 25, 2026, after which no exceptions will be made. Those not selected for board service are still encouraged to contribute through committee work or other volunteer initiatives.
